extremely closely and cannot find any hint of it being a repaint. Glass eye outer edges are crisp, front prop washer has no paint on it, no traces of overspray anywhere. Thru hardware is good as are the hooks. Has slight alligatoring and a few chips. I agree 100% with you about a Charmer being very hard to repaint. Blacklight shows nothing that you mentioned. Wanted to make sure on this lure since I will be selling my small collection of Charmers in the next month or so to help out with some dental work coming up... thank you!
