Aage Bjerring is a well respected 80 year old fisherman who happens to live in Southampton, Long Island. He is a well known local painter, musician and fisherman/lure designer and maker. He makes lures for himself to fish with the realization that many end up in collector's cases. I have met him on several occasions, most recently 3 weeks ago, and he remains pleasant and is willing to educate individuals such as myself.
