Hello Everyone,
I am happy to announce the Region 10 Fall Show which will be held September 17–21, 2025 at the Hyatt House in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. Room trading 17-19 and show on the 20th Set up at 7am doors open at 8am and goes till the last person is standing. We have the meeting space till 10pm.
This all-suite hotel offers beautiful meeting space with separate bedrooms—perfect for room trading while keeping your personal items private. Amenities include a restaurant, bar, pool, gym, laundry facilities, FREE parking, NO resort fees, FREE breakfast, and a fantastic location right in the heart of Old Town. It’s within walking distance of art galleries, award-winning restaurants, Fashion Square Mall, day spas, and the popular River Walk.
Room Rates:
• $159.00 for a King Suite (40)
• $209.00 for Double Occupancy (10)
The Hyatt will start taking reservations Friday July 4th.
Standard show rates are $10.00 for members (includes spouse/guest) and $35.00 per 6’ selling table. Currently, 60 tables are available. Additional display-only tables may be provided at no extra cost—please contact me to reserve a space.
