the two below it are specs too, The black lure looks to be a Replogle, the others appear to be folk art lures of the time and place;, the Tri-State area of OH, IN, MI mid 20th century. There are both known and unknown spec bait makers. Producers of the Ramco are seemingly a bit of a mystery.
