IDENTIFICATION/VERIFICATION, PLEASE!

When I first started collecting Creek Chub & Shur Strike lures 30+ years ago, I was told by a well-known collector/dealer @ the NFLCC National that this NE wooden lure was **RARE** (meaning he charged me a pretty penny...no, since pennies are no longer being minted, pretty NICKEL). He told me it was a Shur Strike Slope Nose Wiggler in **RARE** Black Slant, White Body coloration (2 treble hooks but no hook cups). Is that true? If so, what's it's value today? As soon as I know, I want to put this EX/EX+ conditioned lure up for sale here on Joe's.
