I was a new lure collector 38 years ago. Finding lures was mostly at yard sales and flea markets. I put an ad in a newspaper for old lures. A call came from a man saying He had a few. He was 10 miles away but I went to see him. He was 78 years old but fished Reelfoot lake in his younger days. Reelfoot lake was caused by the bad earthquakes in 1811-12. The Mississippi river flowed backwards to fill the lake. The average depth is 5 feet. Most lures He had were spinners for Bass. A few well worn surface lures and the Glo-get-em.I bought a few and this Glo-Get-em since it was in like new condition but no idea how it was used. Not many of these around so if someone makes an offer with that in mind we might deal. Can send pics but those on pg 18 are it.
