The iconic Costa Istokpoga lure was supposedly boxed with a fishing instruction card. The contents of that card were quoted in a 2006 edition of the FATC newsletter written by Bill Stuart and Steve Cox. Has anyone seen or have a card (or copy)?
I am also interested in whether or not a patent for this lure was actually applied for.
