Had this in my collection for a few years now so i decided to research it. It's marked THE-EVERLASTING PATENT NOV.30 1915.I found the patent for it made by C. S. RUGGLES of THREE RIVERS, MASS.. FISHERMANS SIGNALING DEVICE. APPLICATION FILED MAYI. I915.
